Ensure scripts match the qclinux repos

I diffed gen_partition.py against https://git.codelinaro.org/clo/le/meta-qti-bsp/-/blob/yocto.lnx.5.0.r10-rel/recipes-devtools/gen-partitions-tool/gen-partitions-tool-1.0/gen_partition.py?ref_type=heads but it's not the same.

Can you make sure the scripts are the same, including all patches etc?

thanks for the report. You are right.. It does not match, I imported the original version from https://github.com/qualcomm-linux/meta-qcom-hwe/blob/kirkstone/recipes-devtools/partition-utils/qcom-gen-partitions-tool/gen_partition.py. Let me try to find out what this delta is.
