We have a page on title block, which shows some possibly value to override labels
https://quarto.org/docs/authoring/title-blocks.html

However, it does not show the associated metadata to set the value. There are in reference page only
https://quarto.org/docs/reference/formats/html.html#title-author

Feedback is that it is confusing (see quarto-dev/quarto-web#1421)

It could be good to add a table there with the value, like doi. Or add a column in the table to have value associated with its label override (doi next to doi-title).
