Suggestion: List Quarto on Jamstack

Jamstack.org maintain a list of static site generators, could Quarto be added to the list?

Gone ahead with that, shout if you see any problems. For the most part I just lifted some text off the landing page of the Quarto site. Will close this issue once it's merged.

There are outstanding PRs on the Jamstack repo dating back a year... it looks like the list is not currently being kept up to date sadly.
