setting font_scale in seaborn

The font size of the plots in the generated report is not as it is set.

Using seaborn.set(font_scale=2) and generating some plots with seaborn in python, the font size on the published plots is not what is set.

We do initialize some matplotlib defaults based on the default fig-width, fig-height, fig-dpi, and fig-format for the current output format. You can see that here: https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli/blob/main/src/resources/jupyter/lang/python/setup.py#L14-L23

Note that we set fig-format to retina by default for matplotlib (which yields much crisper type and symbols). It's possible this is crossing up seaborn though. You could try setting fig-format: png to to see if that makes things better.

If these leads don't pan out then providing a minimal reproducible example is the best way for us to take a closer look at this.
