Log Quarto CLI discovery in Quarto output channel

Bug description

As @cscheid points out in #841 (review), we should surface the result of the logic to find the Quarto CLI in a legible way for users. I think the best option in the "output channel" for the Quarto extension, like here:

An idea for another way to surface this information to the user:

In the status bar we could show the source of the Quarto version e.g.

• Quarto: 1.7.3 - Positron bundled,
• Quarto: 1.8.0 - PATH.

It starts to be reminiscent of the Positron interpreter selector.

In my dreams, the source in the status (i.e. Positron bundled) could be a link to the relevant part of the Positron settings that caused that Quarto source to be used. idk how feasible it is to have a link in the status bar though.

The tooltip on the status bar contribution would probably be better than actually showing it in the main status bar item.
