[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-plugin-plugin:3.2:descriptor (default-descriptor) on project quickfixj-codegenerator: Execution default-descriptor of goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-plugin-plugin:3.2:descriptor failed: Index 29526 out of bounds for length 3121

Needed to add maven-plugin-plugin in a current version to avoid build error.
