This PR aims to add an quotient.end_of_trace span after all the traces have been sent to the collector. The end_of_trace span serves as a trigger to begin a detection on a specific trace_id.
This PR also aims to add a detections spanAttribute, which will be picked up during detection time, so the detection service knows what metrics to run.
