Testing an update to the MkDocs workflow

  • When on main push to gh-pages branch (so will be deployed to contributor.org/r-dev-env), as currently
  • Otherwise, push to gh-pages branch of r-devel/r-dev-env-devel, so will be deployed to contributor.org/r-dev-env-devel
