Add table of content in the Readme that links to the RabbitMQ documentation #37

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Before the instructions for all the scenarios/examples were moved to the official RabbitMQ docs, it was very convenient to have the instructions and the configuration and scripts colocated. However, having instructions in both places is was a big burden.
Describe the solution you'd like
The. middle ground is to keep a table of content that links to every example/scenario to the corresponding example in the official RabbitMQ docs.
