What problem are you trying to solve?

Good morning.
I have a doubt which I have to clarify before choosing a particular architecture.
I have a RabbitMQ queue.
An already existing software, Infor ION, uses only JMS (Java Messaging Standard).
In some way, my RabbitMq should appear as a JMS queue in order to be connected to ION.
So, I need to understand if, installing the rabbitmq_jms_topic_exchange plugin, would be enough to reach my goal.
Or may should ION software need to modify something?
Could you help me to deeply understand that, please?

You need the JMS topic exchange plugin only for topic selectors.

The application will need to use the RabbitMQ JMS client. Depending on the application it can be just a matter of configuration.
