Better handling of XPaths in plain parameters

We sometimes mess up the namespaces.

There are issues like when we define a namespace in the plain param itself:

Other issues include the handling of a default namespace -- which currently doesn't work. The same issue needs to be resolved for XML and JSON XPaths as well as rax:assert.
