This removes the inventory.ini file so we only have one example inventory. A gitignore entry has been added for the inventory.ini file as this file is automatically generated when a user creates a lab with the infa-deploy.yaml playbook. Signed-off-by: Kevin Carter <kevin.carter@rackspace.com>
