Spoke with James about this; he realized DVR was not enabled in SJC after the last re-deploy, so Adam and I re-enabled it manually here, and pushed out a new revision of neutron to the env. All is looking well so far, no issues to note. |

Upstream disabled DVR as they found it unstable. I think @busterswt said we want to re-enable this.
