- Copy ssh config to the launcher for both bastion and root user - Create ssh config on bastion as default `.ssh/config` - Add inventory to hosts file - Add kubectl binary to `/usr/local/bin/` - Execute the bootstrap script as root with openstack-flex - Activate genestack venv for root via .bashrc - Fix key assertion test to fail better

Discussed changes with Luke. I have reviewed and confirmed these changes work for a broad set of people running from their workstations on VPN.
