🧪 Blender Molecular Visualization

This project provides a Blender + ASE script to visualize molecular structures from .pdb files.
It loads atoms, assigns radii and colors, positions the camera automatically, and renders a high-quality PNG image.

📦 Dependencies

• Blender with Python API (bpy, mathutils)
• ASE
• A .pdb file containing the molecular structure

Install ASE:

pip install ase
