RUBYLIB, is used by Ruby as a search path for libraries, to include the Bundler library directory and it ended up using the older bundler.
"RUBYLIB" was using home/user/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.2.1/gems/bundler-1.7.6/lib

Can someone please review/merge/release? This fixes #456 for me. @rafaelfranca @jonleighton

@swrobel It isn't a solution of #456. It somehow fixes the error in some of the cases. We still don't know the somehow part, so it possibly not good idea to merge it yet.
