Add Contribution Guidelines to README.md

I'm a GSSoC’25 contributor and I found your project really interesting!
While exploring the repository, I noticed that it currently doesn't have clear contribution guidelines for new contributors(like me).

I would love to create a section in the README.md or a separate CONTRIBUTING.md file that outlines:

How to fork and clone the repo

How to create a new branch

How to open pull requests

Any code style or contribution norms you'd like!

Would it be okay if I proceed with this?
