Implementation inconsistencies to be considered for 6.e

This ticket is meant to collect special cases / inconsistencies that were put into the Raku Grammar to please the tests. Such changes can point to inconsistencies / special cases in the language itself and are thus good candidates for removal in the next language version.

This is **not** a wishlist for language changes!
