Internal Error: Oops: 17 error on Rpi 3B+

hi all,

I am running dietpi on my RPi 3B+. My dietpi installation has been running perfectly for at least 6 months, and recently I noticed a bit of flakiness - I'm using it as an Emby mediaserver, and occasionally we could not connect to it and I had to reboot the RPi.

Today I was ssh'd in, and at the time that the RPi lost connectivity, I saw these messages posted in my session.

A quick bit of googling around suggests some kind of driver error, but I am at a loss as to how to debug this further. I'm not an expert linux user - I've just used Dietpi's software installation program to install a few packages and otherwise have not touched the system.

Any help would be appreciated.
