Escape "<" and ">" outside code blocks, but not whitelisted HTML tags. Normalize headers - add missing spaces after h2/h3 ("###").
Tested - generated all versions and ran static Docusaurus build.
The content is hierarchically traversed and matched with a regex. First, we fence off code blocks, then we look for matching areas.
