Welcome: setup help and first Roundtable runs

Welcome to Roundtable Skill.

Use this discussion for public setup questions, first-run reports, and examples of Roundtable runs around real coding tasks.

Start here:

1. Read QUICKSTART.md.
2. Run scripts/check-roundtable.* from your target project root.
3. If the check says docs_only, configure Lingtai and at least one agent first.
4. If an agent stays silent, use docs/TROUBLESHOOTING.md and include only the safe readiness summary.

Please do not paste secrets, OAuth data, tokens, auth JSON, mailbox contents, .lingtai/, .recipe/, or private runtime files.
