Fixes #39

  • Added gtg checkout to allow user to checkout directly with the suggested branch name
  • Added gtg commit to directly allow users to commit with the suggested commit message

The branch name and the commit title of this PR have been suggested using our tool itself and branching and committing also done using gtg checkout and gtg commit
