Feature Request: ZFS Replication Monitoring & Alerting

Add support for monitoring the status of ZFS replication within Pulse, including configurable alerting when replication falls behind or fails multiple times.

Details
Currently, Pulse monitors system health metrics but does not provide visibility into ZFS replication status. Since replication is critical for data resilience, it would be useful to track replication success/failure and alert if thresholds are exceeded.
