PyPI blocks "harnessbench" as too similar to "harness-bench", which
ClawBench historically owned as a defensive alias. Transfer that slot
to HarnessBench (where it naturally belongs) by:

- pyproject name: harness-bench
- CLI command: harness-bench (matches the install name exactly)
- version bumped to 0.1.6 to supersede the 0.1.5 ClawBench-alias
- Python module path stays src/harnessbench/ (hyphens invalid in modules)

Verified: uv pip install harness-bench==0.1.6 from PyPI, six harnesses
discover, cloud-opt-in entries show their credential hints.
