Horizontal compaction chases elements down the page

I have been experiencing a slight issue in our implementation of react-grid-layout.

When you have at least 2 items the width of the screen, and your compaction is set to Horizontal, then dragging the top most item makes the item below it chase down the page.

This can be reproduced on the following page. Make screen as narrow as it will go, change compaction to horizontal, and then drag the top most item down. Everything below it just chases downwards and nothing pops above

Thanks. This is a real bug. It appears the horizontal compaction mode is still making some assumptions from the vertical compaction mode. I would suggest looking in moveElement().
