Do you know whether it’s mandatory the installation of the package @react-native-community/async-storage ?
In NPMJS is deprecated, do you know why?
Now is then necessary to install through Yarn, but I don’t want to mix NPM and Yarn, could you please suggest me the best way how to install (in NPM is still present version 1.12.1 https://www.npmjs.com/package/@react-native-community/async-storage) it and if it's necessary?

The package has been moved to @react-native-async-storage/async-storage:

You can use npm to install @react-native-async-storage/async-storage. npm and Yarn are just two different package managers. It doesn't matter which one you use. We don't have a requirement on which people should use.

Ok, so if I install via npm there are no drawbacks, meaning same version of package at the moment?
And what happens for future versions? I won't find new ones on npm but only via yarn?

If you're asking how you should implement your app, this is the wrong forum to do so. This is for filing issues with AsyncStorage only. I suggest you ask people over at Stack Overflow.

There is no Yarn package feed. Yarn pulls packages from npm. Yarn is just a different implementation doing the exact same thing the npm client does. From a user's standpoint, there is practically no difference.
