Description

when i run react-native upgrade, an error come in terminal:

error: Trying to upgrade from newer version "0.59.8" to older "0.59.10"

i think it is because the cli think 10 is lower than 8 ?

Fixed in #455, please upgrade @react-native-community/cli to v1.9.12 (by removing the entry from a lockfile and re-installing).
