What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)
Packages installation instructions were added to the README.md file and outdated links were updated. It is sometimes hard for newbies to find out how to quickly get started and build their own ReactiveUI-powered application, so putting installation instructions everywhere we can seems to be a good idea.
