Sync for other language repositories doesn't work

I noticed that last two weeks there were no sync PRs for other languages.
On Serbian, last one was at 14th april (reactjs/sr.react.dev#148), but same is for the other languages which doesn't have their own syncing like simplified chinese.

Do you know what is causing this?

Currently, the CI workflow is broken in the translations.react.dev repository.

I think we can rewrite this issue to react repository.

Ok this should be fixed with reactjs/translations.react.dev#336, and I see the sync PRs being created again.
