There should be a UI where the user can set a number of web proxies easily, so one can run demos with and without rww server running locally.

Did this through configuration in html of proxy to use. Also added the ability for someone to specify a development proxy for localhost, so that the code can work quickly both on a server and on a dev machine, without needing adaptation.

last fix was due to confusion when opening a file in the simple IntelliJ server.
