🐞[Bug]: Inconsistent translate

• I have searched the existing issues

Describe the bug

• Translate hover for 2nd top performer is greater than other 2 creating inconsistent UX.
• The bug maybe appeared when levelling up 2nd and 3rd performer

Expected behavior

• Translate for 2nd top performer should be same as that of others'

Adjusting translate from (-35px) to (-5px)
