Description:

The overview page currently loads statically, which makes it feel less engaging as the first point of interaction. The proposal is to introduce animations across the page:

Hero section heading and buttons should fade and slide in sequentially.

Category sections/cards should load with staggered animations (scale-up, fade-in).

Call-to-action buttons should have hover effects (e.g., glow, slight bounce).

Smooth scroll animations for navigating within the page.

Why it works:

The overview page sets the first impression. Adding full-page animations and UI polish creates a dynamic, modern feel that keeps users interested and encourages them to explore other sections.
