Leaderboard changes

Default View

Leaderboard should open in Weekly mode by default.

Users should not have to manually switch when they land on the page.

Dropdown Filters

Add dropdowns for:

Month → Allows user to select a specific month

Year → Allows user to select

@sanjay-kv I think we need to ensure the API reflects correct data so after that, we can work on the filtering it on the basis of weeks.
