[FIX]: #1093 Improve UI for "Page Not Found" (404 Page)

Description

Fixes #1093

• Implemented a custom "Page Not Found" (404) page to improve the user experience and visual consistency of the website.
• Instead of relying on Docusaurus’ default 404 view, a new standalone component was added (without ejecting the theme) using the Docusaurus command-line approach.
• The previous version displayed a plain browser-style 404 message, which lacked consistency with the website’s overall theme.
• The new design provides a cleaner layout, friendly message, and a clear navigation option.

• Created a new custom 404 page using npx docusaurus swizzle (without ejecting).
• Added a “Back to RecodeHive” button that redirects users to the home page.
• Designed the page to align with RecodeHive’s color scheme and branding.
• Improved typography and spacing for better readability.
• Ensured responsiveness and accessibility across all devices.
