Udpated merch store UI/UX

Description

Updates the Merch Store with the approved purple theme and overhauls the layout to improve UX/UI. This redesign addresses recent feedback to modernize/humanize the interface and remove the generic "LLM product" look.

Changes Made

• Applied the new purple color palette and branding.
• Converted category filters and search bar from a horizontal to a vertical layout.
• Added zoom, pan, and rotate functionality to product images.
