fix: enable dark mode support on Careers page

Description

This PR fixes the issue where dark mode was not applying on the Careers page.
Now the page respects the global dark/light toggle from the navbar by using Tailwind's dark: classes.

Fixes #577

Type of Change

• Bug fix (non-breaking change that fixes an issue)

Changes Made

• Replaced inline isDark checks with Tailwind dark: classes.
• Ensured all sections (hero, culture, perks, job openings, testimonials, CTA) switch correctly when dark mode is toggled.
• Removed unnecessary custom hook and ExecutionEnvironment usage.

Dependencies

• No new dependencies added.
• No configuration changes required (works with existing Tailwind + Docusaurus setup).

Checklist

• My code follows the style guidelines of this project.
• I have tested my changes across major browsers and devices.
• My changes do not generate new console warnings or errors.
• I ran npm run build successfully and verified the Careers page works in both dark and light mode.
• This issue was assigned to me before raising the PR.
