[Docs]: Add Profile Customization Guide (Stats, Snake, Trophies)

This PR implements the proposed Fun Profile Customizations documentation section.

Changes Made

• Added four .md files under docs/GitHub/Fun-Profile-Customizations/.
• Updated sidebars.ts to add the new '🎨 Fun Profile Customizations' category to the GitHub documentation section.
• Corrected several pathing and naming issues in sidebars.ts and document filenames to ensure a successful build.
