App CDS is automatically enabled for pre-releases. You can disable it with "java.jdt.ls.appcds.enabled":false

Can you try to disable all extensions but vscode-java, and run the "Java: Clean Java Language Server Workspace" command?

@fbricon it works ok on my home windows computer (only vscode-java , all extensions same works ok ), but got this error .

Could be an orphan java process keeping a lock on some files. Normally, these processes would self-terminate after at most 30sec, if their parent PID was killed. If it keeps happening after a while, I'd say try to restart your windows session ... or computer
