[pbench](http://github.com/distributed-system-analysis/pbench/) has been upgraded with some major changes to different script calls. [For example: unregister-tool is now obsolete. [ref](https://github.com/distributed-system-analysis/pbench/pull/162)] Need to update those commands to reflect these backward incompatible upgrades.
