Adding other Redux maintainers as NPM publishers?

Hi, @ellbee . Not sure how else to contact you, so hoping you'll see this.

I know you haven't been very active with Reselect for a while.  Given that, could you look at adding myself and @timdorr as publishers on NPM? We already have commit rights to the repo itself as part of the `reduxjs` org.  That way we at least have the ability to put out new Reselect builds if necessary.
