Oreulius Kernel v0.1.0-alpha is the first public alpha release of Oreulius: a WASM-first, capability-native unikernel designed for small, isolated workloads with temporal state and verification-oriented control surfaces.

This release establishes the project’s core execution and systems model in a usable, testable form. It includes capability attenuation flows, temporal state inspection and snapshotting, a working shell environment, cross-architecture bring-up paths, and an in-kernel WASM runtime with JIT validation and fuzz-driven hardening. It also includes recent stability work across the i686 path, including keyboard/VGA interaction fixes, temporal onboarding cleanup, and resolution of JIT fuzz and self-test regressions.
