For now not directly from the interface. I will improve the support for folders but please understand folders are not really how Tolaria would like you to organize notes — that's types and relationships — so folders will never really be first-class citizens. For context, I have a ~10K note vault and they all live in the root |

I see the Tolaria is focused on notes that have types and relationships. However the ability for folders to be created, or visible when a vault opens leads a user to expect classic folder hierarchy management. For example, if opening a vault on a existing git repo root folder, which has many subfolders then the user is in that hierachy organised mindset - so then the feature request is needed, creating or moving notes into folders. |

As far as I can see, Tolaria always creates new notes at the top level in the main directory. New Markdown files from subfolders do appear in Tolaria, but I don't know how to create new folders for notes.
This is important because it makes the structure much clearer and prevents the problem of two Markdown files potentially having the same title. With many notes, this can easily happen.
Is it currently possible to create notes in folders or move existing ones? If so, how? It's certainly possible via AI chat, but I don't want to have to do everything with AI. That just wastes tokens for such simple tasks.
