V1.9.5 Got PowerToys Multiple Outputs working

Added Multiple Output support for functions:

so the last big thing i have to do is get the Maxterm computation working... If it did work i would also have to put more work into the PowerToys because right now i believe it really only supports minterm importing? but it might all be the same thing.
