routes.ts redirect

any chance we could get a redirect function for routes.ts?

or how would you setup routes that redirect from old paths to new paths for SEO purposes?

@lifeiscontent for reactrouter.com we handle this with:

• _redirects flat file
• custom middleware

I personally am hesitant to build something into the framework itself, but I think a packaged up middleware like this (or just copy and paste) could work well for a lot of projects.

Additionally, I know lots of hosts/DNS allow you to setup rules. For example, here's how Cloudflare's redirect rules work

yeah in this usage I consider the redirects data, not code - and shouldn't require a new build/deploy. I've done this from a CMS in the past so it can be maintained by product folks without having to involve the dev team as well.
