Intro

This functions adds basic multisite related functionalities to WP’s XML-RPC interface.

The functions enabled using it are:

create blog (ms.CreateBlog)
get blog id (ms.GetBlogId)
update archived (ms.UpdateArchived)

Refer to the Integration Tests for demonstration
