Renovate is failing to update a uv.lock file when a dependency is part of a submodule. This occurred here: LizardByte/Sunshine#5269

The dependency mentioned is defined here: https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine/blob/39c9e845febb090842e178804b9ce63af90f77c5/pyproject.toml#L41

Renovate leaves the following comment:
