Bug: Velero: Inconsistent Versions Threaten Stability
The Velero container image is being updated to v1.17.1 but the Go module dependency in go.mod remains at github.com/vmware-tanzu/velero v1.17.0. This version mismatch between the API types library and the running container could cause compatibility issues when the code interacts with Velero CRDs, especially if v1.17.1 introduces new fields or behavioral changes.
