1. Fixed directory paths in development workflow documentation

   • Updated all references from ./cert-manager to ./charts/cert-manager to match actual project structure
   • Corrected Helm command examples to use proper paths
   • Fixed task name from helm-deploy to helm-install

2. Added cluster creation examples

   • Added examples showing how to create clusters with custom names
   • Demonstrated both standard and embedded cluster creation with custom names

3. Added REPLICATED_API_TOKEN prerequisite

   • Added clear instructions for obtaining the token from Vendor Portal
   • Included example of how to export the token
   • Added link to the specific location in Vendor Portal

Task Improvements

1. Enhanced cluster-create task feedback
   • Added detailed cluster information display when cluster already exists:
     • Cluster ID
     • Status
     • Distribution type
     • Creation date
     • Expiration date
   • Improved status check using jq for better output formatting
