Emergency fix for breaking change in Tone3000 Web API.

Features in this release:

• An emergency fix for a breaking change in Tone3000 Web APIs. Fixes failure to launch Tone3000 browser dialog.
• NEW TooB Warmer plugin. A gentle slow-breakup overdrive pedal that is particularly useful for warming up clean and acoustic guitar tones. See the plugin Info dialog for guidance on how to use this plugin.
• Improvements to TooB Spectrum Analyzer: new Range control for the spectrum display; better DFT windowing to reduce spectral leakage; improved rendering of FFT peaks in PiPedal.

Known issues:

• Ongoing reports of compatibility problems MacOS Safari. (IOS Safari is apparently fine). If you are experiencing problems with loading of the PiPedal UI in Safari, please see this page for a potential workaround.
