RevoGrid Pro subscription

Hi guys, we have a RevoGrid Pro subscription. We finished development and handed off the code to our customer. We want to cancel the subscription now. Will our customer still be able to deploy the app, and install RevoGrid, after we cancel the subscription? Thanks

Thanks for your question.

Yes — if the application was developed while you had an active RevoGrid Pro subscription, your customer may continue to use and deploy that application after the subscription is cancelled, as long as RevoGrid Pro is distributed only as part of that application and not as a standalone package.

There are a few important limitations:
After the subscription ends, access to RevoGrid Pro repositories, private packages, updates, and support will stop.
If your customer needs to continue development, modify the integration, upgrade RevoGrid Pro, or have developers working on the front-end code that uses RevoGrid Pro, they will need their own active RevoGrid Pro subscription covering those developers.
If their deployment/CI process still needs to install RevoGrid Pro from the private npm registry or GitHub repository, they will need active access. Otherwise, they should make sure the version used in the project is already available in their build process before cancellation.

So in short: existing production use and deployment can continue; new development, updates, package access, and support require an active subscription.
